The perfect bride deserves the perfect wedding.  Imagine your wedding day happening in the wonderful and elegant surroundings of The Haycock Hotel.  There are so many things that can make your wedding that extra bit special, and we believe we have them all.  From the moment you first begin to plan your wedding our dedicated and professional Wedding Co-ordinator will guide you through every stage of organising your special day, including your own civil ceremony in our delightful rooms.

Our setting of simple elegance will provide a wonderful backdrop for your photographs and our award winning chefs will provide food wonderfully prepared and cooked to fit your budget.  When you have decided upon your dining arrangements and have chosen your menus and drinks, the following will be provided with our compliments.

Guidance and assistance to help meet individual requirements.

The services of our Wedding Team, who will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Use of the extensive and award-winning gardens, and the golf cart to transport you to the picturesque riverbank for photographs.

Use of our cake stand and knife.

Extensive car parking and private helicopter pad.

Red carpet on arrival

There will be a room hire charge of £750.00 for Wedding Breakfasts' in The Haycock Ballroom up until 6.00pm, a further room hire charge of £1000.00 will be applicable, should you choose not to take an evening buffet.

Flowers

We employ an excellent florist with many years' experience to take care of all your floral arrangements at The Haycock.

Music and Entertainment

The Hotel has details on a wide selection of discotheques and live entertainment and will be more than happy to assist with this requirement.  Live bands, Pipers, Toastmasters, Disco and Children's entertainment.

Entertainment Licence.

Our licence allows your evening function to finish at the following times.
Ballroom up to 1.00am
Barnaby Room up to midnight
Sunday (both rooms) up to midnight
NB The Bar will close half an hour before your function ends.
